- eggs ( i put 3 put I have a small pan so adjust your portions guys)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- yogurt (500 ml for me)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Feta cheese ( Oh my god yes, 200ml)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- some corn<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- some well cut turkey<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Mini tomatoes<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- well cut peppers<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- salt and pepper of course<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- I put also some frozen veggies but let say that this is optional<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- some flour( I really have the idea how much I put, but it was not so much(<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- last but not least, spinach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
As you can see we cook healthy because we want to live as many years as Yoda in Star Wars <\/p>\n\n\n\n
EXECUTION (of the recipe hehe)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Take a bowl and break the eggs there. Cool. Some flour and all the yogurt!Pour them bro. Now mix, mix good and start putting the rest of the mentioned products. Be careful with the feta, break it in very small pieces, we want to spread it. Salt and pepper in your hands, decide how much you want to put and keep mixing.Then you will have something like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then put it in the oven , 200 degrees for 30 minutes (maybe you need more, depends on the oven I guess and how much portion you have). Check that you have a solid result (it is not going to be so solid because you have put the yogurt, but you got the point). And VOILA!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
